陈亚，必赢优惠y272net教授、硕士生导师，必赢优惠y272net学术交流中心主任，安徽省D类高层次人才。主要从事效率与生产率分析、低碳转型与绿色发展、区块链与数字货币等领域的研究工作。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目（2项）和青年项目、安徽省自然科学基金青年项目、安徽省哲学社会科学规划一般项目、科技部高端外国专家引进计划项目等多项课题，在European Journal of Operational Research、Omega、International Journal of Production Research、Annals of Operations Research、Transportation Research Part E、Energy Economics、Structural Change and Economic Dynamics、Socio-Economic Planning Sciences、Energy Policy、Water Economics and Policy、Journal of the Asia Pacific Economy、Resources, Conservation and Recycling、Journal of Management Science and Engineering（《管理科学学报（英文版）》）、《世界经济研究》、《北京理工大学学报（社会科学版）》等学术期刊以及International Conference on Information Systems (ICIS)、China Summer Workshop on Information Management (CSWIM)会议发表论文40余篇，1篇论文入选Highly Cited Paper（ESI高被引论文），授权发明专利2项、软著1项。国家自科基金项目函评专家、教育部学位中心论文评审专家、“十四五”普通高等教育本科国家级规划教材评审专家、学术桥评审专家库成员，Data Envelopment Analysis International Conference国际委员会成员，中国优选法统筹法与经济数学研究会能源经济与管理研究分会理事，中国优选法统筹法与经济数学研究会管理决策与信息系统分会理事，JCR一区、ABS3星SSCI期刊Omega特邀副主编（Guest Associate Editor），JCR二区SCI期刊Industrial Management & Data Systems编委，第46届信息系统国际会议（ICIS 2025）领域副主编（Associate Editor），受邀担任iScience（Cell旗下期刊）、European Journal of Operational Research、Omega、Journal of the Operational Research Society、Energy Economics、Applied Economics等期刊审稿人，荣获2023年度Omega期刊最佳审稿人奖，2021-2023年度Journal of the Operational Research Society期刊杰出审稿人，论文荣获第五、六届中国“双法”研究会评价方法与应用分会年会优秀论文、安徽省社会科学界第十六届（2021）学术年会学术成果一等奖、中国优选法统筹法与经济数学研究会管理决策与信息系统分会2025年年会高质量论文、安徽城市经济学会2025年年会暨健全城乡融合发展体制机制学术研讨会论文二等奖等，咨政报告得到省部级领导肯定性批示和有关部门采纳。 | ||
